Sprint to Lateral Shuffle

Set up cones in a T according to the prescribed distances - Sprint forward to the center of the T - Swing your hips forward and slow yourself at the middle cone - Shuffle laterally (imagine a tunnel a head shorter than you are!) - Complete reps to both sides - If you have a partner, they can stand in front of the middle cone and point you left or right as you arrive at the cone. Practice a set where you decide the direction before moving to cued shuffles!
