Half-Kneel Rotation with Wall

Set up next to a wall in a half-kneeling postiion with your closer leg forward. Use you outside hand to push on the outside of the forward knee to get into rotation, and reach the closer hand back. Lead this motion with your sternum, making sure your ribs stay stacked over your hips. Inhale into your back, and use the exhale to accentuate the rotation as things open up more.
