SL Squat to A March w Lateral Band

Set up with a light band around an anchor point near knee height. Step into the band with your inside leg. Perform a SL Squat on the inside leg, swinging up and through to an A March position. Be mindful of keeping your whole foot on the ground, especially the big toe. Increasing the tension in the band will increase the need to engage the muscles along the inside of your leg to stay balanced.
