Great to clear out adhesions in your hips, this is like using your own leg bones to do soft tissue work where normal tools like a lacrosse ball won’t work. - Set up on your hands and knees with wrists under shoulders and knees under hips. - Rotate your heels out from your body a few degrees — start small and progress to bigger angles as your mobility improves! - Slowly move your hips in a circle, maintaining neutral spine. Gently move through the tight spots. - Reverse direction.
