Ladder: Backward Jab-Crossover

This ladder is a nice way to work on elements of defensive footwork. Think about twisting through your midback, "stay in the tunnel" by bending at the hips, knees, and ankles with a long spine, and progress toward looking up rather than at your feet! For this one, facing backward, jab your closer leg into the box, step out twice to travel back one rung, then cross your outer leg into the next box, etc. Think "Jab out out Cross out out"
