Your working hand should be at the end of the dowel. * Grip the dowel with your active hand and let the dowel slide through the other * Keeping the dowel as close to your body as possible, roll your active hand over, through, and back to loosen the wrist, elbow, and shoulder * Reposition your hands and complete reps on the other side This is great prep for front squats, Olympic lifts, push ups, and other exercises
