Set up in athletic position facing diagonal to the the first box of a ladder with one foot in a box and the other to the side and back, a set of cones spaced like a ladder, or designated area ~5y long. *Hop so the foot to the side of the ladder goes into the second box and the foot that was in the first box is outside the ladder, forward of the one in the box *Hop again so the foot in the box moves to the outside of the second box and the foot outside the ladder moves into the second box *Repeat in an alternating fashion to the end of the ladder, maintaining the diagonal angle *Complete the same number of sets angled the other way
