Band SLDL

This variation is awesome for adding challenge to an already difficult move. The band means the work will be hardest as you extend your hips through the top! * Loop a band under your foot, holding it in either hand or both -- experiment with what's comfortable or challenging for you (or pick the one your coach specified!!) * Hinge at the hips, keeping your spine long, hips square, and free leg as extended as possible * Move your hands further down the band to increase the challenge
