Pelvic Curl

Lying on your back, inhale, then exhales as you tuck your tailbone to start rolling up one vertebrae at a time. Think of pulling up from the front of your core rather than pushing from the back of your hips. Inhale at the top, then exhale as you roll down one vertebrae at a time. You can imagine a rolling pin squishing down from the front from ribs toward your hips. Only lift as high as you can maintain connection with the front of your core.
