Set up in athletic position to the side of an agility ladder, a set of cones spaced like a ladder, or designated area ~5y long. *Step both feet into the first box, starting with the foot further from to the end of the ladder you're starting on *Step both feet out of the box, moving toward the other end of the ladder *Step both feet into the next box *Repeat to the end, always leading with the front foot *Repeat on the other side by going back on the same side of the ladder or starting at the same end on the opposite side of the ladder
