Press exercises develop your chest and arm strength but also enhance stability and help with full-body movements like running! - Holding a DB in each hand, lie on the ground with your feet on the ground - Press up so your arms are stacked over your shoulders - As you lower, keep your wrists over your elbows. Try out a ~45 degree angle between your upper arm and chest, and adjust from there for what is best for your body!
