These exercises work on your eye tracking to enhance your focused and peripheral vision. * Use an object and focus on it in front of you, nodding your head up and down and turning it from side to side. * Use an object and focus on it in front of you, raising and lowering the object and moving it side to side, keeping your head still and moving your eyes to follow the object. * Use two points in the distance at the side edges of your visual field. You could use sticky notes on a wall or objects around the room. Look with your eyes to one, then turn your head to meet your eyes, then repeat to the other side. * You can do any of these movements to the cadence of a metronome and try to gradually increase your pace to progress the exercises.
