This ladder works on knee stability for cutting with a little lateral travel to make things exciting! - Use a ladder or set up cones or other markers to make one to work on proprioception; you can also do this without a ladder, practicing the steps for about 5y - Maintain athletic position, striking with the balls of the feet and letting the arms flow with your movements - Facing sideways to the ladder, step one foot into the box, then both feet backward and out, traveling laterally. In the next box, step forward with the other foot, alternating which foot goes in the box each time - Vary the direction of travel, switching back and forth across the ladder and keep moving through for the allotted time. If you have a buddy, you can change direction of travel on a verbal or visual cue like a "switch" call or having them point each direction.
