Stir the Pot

You can do this core exercise with a variety of equipment - like a med ball, resistance ball or kettlebell! * For all variations, set up with your feet shoulder-width apart and keep your body still while moving your arms * Do this exercise for time instead of a certain number of rotations - you want to move the balls in a circle as well as back and forth * For the KB, keep your wrists straight and try to wobble the KB slightly - use a heavier bell so it won't tip over and dump you on the ground!
