The goal is to isolate the “snapdown” from the top of the stride. - Bring your knee up with toe pointed upward (dorsiflexed) - “Pop” your leg down **under your hips**, striking with the back of the ball of the foot - By skipping between legs, you can work on the mechanics individually between each leg - These a hard to master, so be patient with yourself!
