Set up in athletic position facing forward with one foot in the first box of agility ladder, a set of cones spaced like a ladder, or designated area ~5y long. *Execute a quarter turn to face sideways, hopping so the foot that started in the box stays in that same box and your other foot steps into the next box forward. *Execute another quarter turn hop to face forward, taking your trailing leg to the outside of the ladder and the front foot stays in the same box. *Perform another turn to face to the other side, hopping so the foot that started in the box stays in that same box and your other foot steps into the next box forward. *Execute another quarter turn hop to face forward, taking your trailing leg to the outside of the ladder and the front foot stays in the same box. *Repeat to the end of the ladder
