Wall Ankle Mobility

* In order to get some stretch through both calf muscles, this is a 2-part exercise - first, anchor your front heel and just move the knee forward/in/out. Then anchor the back heel and stretch through that while moving the front leg forward/in/out. * Keep the foot of the working leg fully in contact with the floor, avoid rolling to the outside or inside of your foot. * Keep your hips square the whole time!
