March w/ Pole (In Place)

The march with pole progressions help coordinate core control with marching positions for sprinting. Do these once you're confident with the A march postures. Hold a light pole like dowel, PVC pipe, or broomstick overhead. Keep the front of your core engaged - lower ribs connected to the front of your hips - and control your pelvis as you march. For the march in place lift and lower your legs where you are.
