Lateral Chuck & Run

Set up facing sideways to an open area to run with a slam ball or similar. *Take an overpowered first plyo step with your back foot, shooting the ball forward as you begin your sprint *Execute a hip turn to get your front foot pointed in the direction you're running *Continue sprinting after the ball, being mindful to not trip on the ball *Think about putting powerful force into the med ball, projecting it forward with your back arm; this helps engage your core to get forward into accelerative position when accelerating on the field! *Repeat with the other foot forward to start, noticing any left-right differences
