Banded KB Swing

Do this only if you feel comfortable with a regular kettlebell swing. This adds a little oomph to the concentric hip drive at the top of the kettlebell swing. Loop a band through the handles of the bell, pushing the two sides of the band to each side of the handle. Stand on the band with the middle of your foot in a triangle with the weight. It's ok if there's slack in the band to start; just try to make the tension even.
