This progression works on footwork and conditioning for marking! We like to use a number of shuffles or taps - so 10 times shuffling back and forth, or 10 total taps of the disc. * Shuffle under disc: disc is at chin height for the shuffler. Move in athletic position, getting your whole body to each side of the disc * Alternating pivots: "thrower" pivots alternating between forehand and backhand, marker shuffles until their body is in front of the disc * Reactive pivots: "thrower" pivots from a center point out to forehand or backhand, mixing up where they step and the height of the disc. Marker shuffles until their body is in front of the disc, coming back to center each time
