This exercise uses the torque of a band to work on your rotational control in a sprinting posture *Attach a lighter resistance band to a rack at shoulder height that's long enough to wrap around your shoulders. *Wrap the band around your shoulders, holding the free end with your hand. Lift the leg on the opposite side from where you're holding the band to the A march or high knee position. *Staying tall and balanced over your whole foot, rotate slow and controlled toward your raised leg into the tension of the band.
