Out & Back Shuffle to Sprint

Set up three cones in a line and work on your defensive footwork! - Shuffle out and back to the first cone. Imagine a tunnel that’s at your chin height; bend at the ankles, knees, and hips to stay in that tunnel - When changing direction, drive off the outside leg - After returning to the start, drive off the outside leg, using a hip turn to open to the direction of your sprint! - Push the ground away behind you as you lift off toward the far cone!
