90 Degree Hop to SL Landing

This is a focused change of direction with emphasis on power production, stability, and hip rotation. * Start on one or two legs - starting on one can be confusing as to which direction you're hopping! * Hop forward onto one of your legs, using this to power a 90 degree turn. This leg is the outside leg, so if you hop onto the right, you're turning to the left. * Land on your opposite leg in athletic position Think about using your whole chain to support this movement, including your hips and ankles as well as your knees. Only jump as far and powerfully as you can control the movement with stable knees at each ground contact.
