Unilateral Bench Core Activation w Serratus Band

Set up with a bench or box with a foam roller, squishy ball, or other object squeezed between your knees and a light band under your shoulderblades. Press through your heels and tuck your pelvis to curl slightly and lift your hips off the ground. Hold the band in both hands, pressing up and punching your shoulder forward to activate the muscles that run under your arm. Drop the same side hip down and breathe deeply, exhaling fully and feeling your dropped side ab wall engage. Repeat on the other side.
