Prying Goblet Squat

Get your hips, ankles, and mid-back ready to squat with this move! - Hold a (moderately light) kettlebell at your chest by the “horns”. - Descend into a squat until your elbows reach the inside of your knees; try to keep neutral spine, chest up, and heels down as much as possible! - Press your elbows out into your knees to lift your chest and lower your hips. - Take a few moments to move into your ankles and hips by shifting your weight around before ascending.
