Incline DB Bench Press

This variation on a bench press has similar motion to a flat bench but works higher parts of your pectoral muscles; you should feel the work in your upper chest. Your wrists will stay stacked over your elbows the whole time. At the top of the press, your wrists, elbows, and shoulders will be in a vertical line. As you lower, your elbows will move downward toward your hips slightly. The feeling should be the work in the chest muscles rather than a stretch through the front of your shoulder joint.
