5-10-5 Shuttle

A classic agility drill, we also like to add a little reaction time training with an audible cue to start by having a partner say "left!" or "right!" at the start (since sideline talk is so important for ultimate!) Set up cones 5y apart. Run 5 yards one way, 10 yards, then back 5 yards. “Face the same way” on all the turns. Do both sides - it’s different reaccelerating after 5 yards compared to 10!
