Hollywood Squares: Seven

This is an integrated ability exercise for ultimate. It works on breaking down footwork for cutting and defending the seven cut in a prescribed box and adds a disc. - The pattern is running straight out, diagonally under, then across for the disc - At each change of direction, swing your hips forward to attack the cone and lead with your shoulders into your new direction - For offensive footwork, drive off the outside leg in each turn, watching your thrower as much as possibly - For defensive footwork, imagine you’re guarding an offender making the cut, keeping your hips facing toward them during your changes of direction
