Deck Squat to Jump

Focus: Core + limb integration, power transfer through full range of motion, spinal articulation Set-Up: Lying on your back, feet on the floor and arms overhead Movement & Breath - Inhale: preparatory breath in starting position - Exhale: swing arms forward and use abdominals to roll up to squat position - Inhale: set for jump - Exhale: jump, reaching arms overhead - Inhale: set for roll back, lowering into squat - Exhale: lower hips slowly to the ground, roll back to starting position under control Adjustments/Modifications - Cross your legs on the way up to the squat position (as shown in first two reps in the video)
