Knee CARs

This is a controlled knee mobility exercise that focuses on movement between the two bones of your lower leg and their interface with the knee. Go gently! - Loop your arm underneath your knee for support. Start with one leg at a time — later you can progress to two, but this takes focus! - Flex your foot upward so there’s light tension through your leg - Using your other hand as a guide on your shin bone, rotate your lower leg inward from the knee, keeping your ankle static - Then unhinge your knee partway straight - Rotate your leg outward at the knee - Hinge your knee back down - Complete a few circles, then rotate the opposite direction
