This exercise works on explosive power! It's a challenging progression to the DL Box Jump, so make sure you feel comfortable with those before moving to this one. - Set up in front of a stable box or step, standing on one leg - Using arm swing to assist the movement, prep for a jump and hop up onto the box! - We love using different variations like landing with "quiet feet" or landing as tall as possible to make the most out of different box heights - If you find you have a mental block to jumping forward on one leg, try out jumping sideways! While the lateral movement adds more stability challenge, we've found this variation can be more approachable!
