Place three cones in a line according to prescribed distances (generally, 2 close and one far) - Shuttle from the start cone out to the first, back, and out again for a longer sprint - Execute your turns to the same side; this video demos looking left as if cutting for a righty backhand - At the end of the long sprint, look over your shoulder and up as if finding a throw. Slow down as needed to gather and jump as if catching a floaty huck! - Repeat on the other side as well, imagining you’re cutting for a set of backhands and a set of forehands!
