Shoulder CARs

This mobility exercise can be done seated, kneeling or standing. - Hold light tension throughout your body and move just through the shoulder - With your palm facing your body, lift your arm to the highest point overhead you can comfortably reach - Sweep your arm back and down while rotating your arm in the shoulder socket, ending with your hand by your hip and palm facing outward; make this arc as big as you're comfortably able - Reverse the motion, rolling your palm back around to facing your body at the top - Lower your arm and repeat! Work on expanding the range of motion your shoulder can do; pay attention and make sure you're not moving through your mid-back to make the movements bigger
