One-Arm Floor Press in A March

The complicated set-up is totally worth the core integration, especially for peeps who do sprinting-based sports, I promise! * Set up lying on the floor with a DB or KB in one hand (DB slightly preferred here if you have a choice) * Extend the same side leg long and bend the opposite leg as the weight is in to position your legs in an "A March" * Extend your opposite arm to the side, hovering it off the ground * For an extra challenge, you can tuck your chin and lift your head to reach a full on "hollow hold" position. The demo here does not do this, since it can be hard on the neck * Press with the weight like a regular floor press, with wrist stacked over shoulder at the top and elbow 45 degrees out from the torso at the bottom, palm pointed towards toes
