Hucks in Motion (solo)

Grab a disc and a slice of field big enough for your hucks! Listen to the video voiceover for a full explanation. - Throw a dish to yourself, catch, and throw a huck with momentum - Sprint after your throw at full speed - Wait at least 4 times as long as it took you to dish, throw, and sprint — you should get more tired as the set goes on, but still be able to sprint fast! - Complete all your forehand reps in a row, rest longer (until you’re fully recovered), then complete all of your backhand reps!
