Find a net and imagine a target within the net for your throws. Practice throwing different shapes using as many discs as you want (up to however many in the throwing set). - Throw at the target, doing the same throw type and shape - On each error, sprint to the target and back up to a planned maximum (eg max 10 sprints for the whole set) - Retrieve your discs after throwing them all and continue until you’ve completed that throw type/shape, then move on to the next one
