Set up in athletic position facing forward to the side of the first box of a ladder, a set of cones spaced like a ladder, or designated area ~5y long. *Hop so the foot closer to the ladder is in the first box and the further foot is outside the ladder *Hop again so the foot in the box moves to the outside of the second box and the foot outside the ladder moves into the second box *Repeat in an alternating fashion to the end of the ladder
