Hip CARs (Quadruped)

From a Tabletop position with your shoulders over wrists and hips over knees, find a neutral spine and keep the core engaged, making sure to hold activation throughout the movement. Start by bringing the left knee to chest. Begin to open the hip within your current range of motion, keeping the hips level and the arms straight. Then start to add rotation as you pull the knee back through to center line and the heel towards the glute. Once back to center line, bring the knee back to the chest. Go ahead and reverse the movement and repeat on the other side. Keep the movement slow and controlled, the focus is to let the brain understand what the body is doing!
